The broker made me stand on road for hours because he couldn't arrange for keys, didnt show up for anything as soon as token was paid. He kept saying I will get everything sorted and help you with the move. But declined a request to come and meet 2kms away to sort anything. They charged brokerage for no service at all. It feels like extortion. And instead of doing his job and getting process run smoothly, broker kept saying me feel free to call if you need help. Only to say no to one single request I made to come and meet and talk to me why I should be paying them one month of brokerage. He kept crying about his salary being cut and all, which was all faf. Now I am stuck with a house thats exactly the type I was avoiding because broker made huge claims and I was out of time. Spy realtors should call themselves Steal realtors because thats what I felt paying the charges for nothing. Pathetic service and annoying brokers. Please avoid. Any response from them on this is just gonna be a pathetic attempt to hide their incompetency. Its a market where either you are good or bad, there is no grey area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite and effortless dealing, provided me with a good place at a good price. Although, all the promises were not met, specifically deep cleaning the house. The house was clean only at the surfaces, there was dust and grease in every nook and corner.
EDIT: My property agent from Spy Realtors helped me sort out the cleaning issues and others. Great experience overall.
