Shambhavi makes me look forward to working out with a twist. Her reformer, barre and Motr classes have given me an experience that no Gym has !! Kudos to Spyn & Shambhavi !!

I personally love an intensive workout session and Sham realised that in the first class itself! She makes my Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s amazing ? ! I love it how every session is challenging and engaging to an extent that I can feel myself getting better with every class! I give SPYN a full five star! Drop by for a session, or to chat or to have a smoothie but you have just got to experience the studio for its insanely positive vibe!
PS: waking up to Sham’s daily workout and health tips is the best. A simple #NOEXCUSES health tip made me go to class after getting only 3 hours of sleep and it was the best! #truestory

Loved the way the Instructor Shambhavi, went through the steps and explained how every motion and exercise benefited the body. She has a great demeanor and her voice contributes to creating a relaxing environment and calming class.

One fine day my cutest friend Tanvi just dragged me to SPYN and after my first session I was hooked to SPYN!! Shambhavi makes each workout challenging and equally enjoyable. Have been working out with her for last three months and every Workout has been different. Each day I look forward to learning something new. The way she prepares each workout is just too good.
