★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor service! Installation is delayed by more than a week. The Sales guy commits one thing and absolutely does not bother to keep the commitments. No co-ordination between their team to give appropriate service! The Staff kept on giving excuses for delays and mismanagement. No accountability on their part and no professionalism! Avoid this Vendor!!!

- Sales person; Vishal Sable attended and met my requirement.
- I placed an order for flooring for 2 bedrooms.
- The item placed had a lot of colour variation (refer images) which was not explained correctly at the time of placing the order as the sales person seemed unaware of it.
- Their payment portal does not work with HDFC bank.
- Marginal delay in delivery experienced.
- Delay in formally sharing the invoices as well.
Won’t recommend it and will not use in future.
