★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Square yards will provide you with all the false information to sell the project. Once you have done the booking they will come up with excuses that this is not possible. All the details are mentioned in the email and WhatsApp chat with the salesperson of square yards and even then they are saying this. I would highly recommend not to purchase property from them!!!
Also, if you will directly buy from the builder e.g. Bhutani, you will easily get a difference of 75k -1.5 lac or even more in some cases as this is the commission they take from them on every booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST COMPANY I'd ever worked with & they didn't pay any kind of salary.
They force you to work for 12-14 hrs & without any training they expect Meetings, Site Visits and Sale Closures from you?.
At the time of joining they used to say your shift timings are 09:30 Am - 06:30 Pm but once you join you'll be sitting there till 09:00 Pm - 09:30 Pm & only you've to do Calling like you're working in a Call Center.
I suggest that a person can Stay Jobless instead of working with Square Yards because they'll not pay any kind of Salary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to deal with. I invested in Cyberthum Bhutani in 2020 and I'm still struggling to get my BBA. Multiple people call from the same organisation to sell their products but no one picks up when you call them back. Mr Vaibhav and Varun Khera are there in the organisation who sold multiple plots but yet to get any confirmations! Highly shocking to deal with them!! PLS PLS PLS STAY AWAY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with square yard. After sale service is very poor they even not answer us single question of yours after sale. I purchased a flat in Gaur Yamuna City from square yard and in spin the wheel I win a LED TV but when I ask for it they denied they said do you have any proof which they don't give any prove to their customer this is their strategy only for sales square yard is very fraud company. Representative who sold me the property they even not pick up my call very bad experience with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with their sales team for a Bhutani project. Despite having collected the amount a month back they haven't been able to get a BBA executed till date. And every time it is a different story by square yards employee. Now they don't pickup phonecalls even.
