★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked flat in one of his scheme in Vishrantwadi. After some time I realized that I could not get loan from any nationalized bank as NA is not done for land. Hence I cancelled flat on 14th August 2016. I had already given Rs. 9 lac to the builder due to his continuous demands. Now he refused to give me back my money. As I had receipts for all the amount I told him I will have to take legal action & since then he started giving me dates. Date after date & cheques which used to get bounced on regular basis. After continuous fight & follow up I finally got my money back on 8th Sep 2017. This has caused tremendous pressure & trauma to me. I have lost interest on these 9 lac rs for period of over a year. Please do not book any flat in his scheme or at least investigate properly before investing.
