★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dhandha nahi karna in logo ko. No fast replies, internet speed varies from 1 mb to 40 mb. Internet supply is good ,staff is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No user name or login credentials given, can't raise complaint or track.. not a reliable connection. They promise 50mbps but average is below 3mbps sometimes less than .6mbps. it's a prepaid system hence once paid your money is gone and no refunds even if you have no or poor connection.
As there are no service provider options these guys are enjoying free money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From last few months their internet speed has gone very down, They promise 50mbps but i am getting only 0.3, 0.6mbps. Worst thing is that when internet is down they don't receive your calls.
I been calling them from last 15 days to fix it but all the time they keep telling different reasons, "Boy will come there in 15 mins", "We have reset your mac address", "There must be problem in your router". 15 days but no resolution...worst service. See attached screenshots. I even have their WhatsApp chats and call recordings too.
This is my last month with them, I am going to change my internet service provider. So I though to let others no about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for this option.They are not taking their responsibilities,not giving bill on time.They are careless about there work.Not at all good for a person who is looking for good service and stable internet.Also they don't have backup of internet
