★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took Falcon pump & Commissioned recently from above.
We have following problems, no response except telling something on phone.
1) Pump is taking more current.
2) Pannel is taken for automation which is not tuned/ set automation.Lot of water going waste.Supplier has not provided any opertion manual.Supplier & their technician are very rude & careless.
3) Pannel is showing china lanaguage.
4) Inspite of several complaints in this 3 months since installed, they have not attended to fix automation or to see it's working condition.
5) After sale service is very poor & even not fixed pannel properly or the settings for automation.
We are very unhappy with supplier & after service. We did mistake purchasing from this supplier.

Technician who came to fix was very rude.
I asked for automation and Mr.Mahesh who is owner got a 3rd party pannel fixed which always show high cinsumptuon of electricity. They did not gave other parts to complete the automation. Even after multiple followups there is no response.
Now, my automation pannel is lying useless.... I sacrificed original falcon pannel for this one. I understand that they only bother about sale buy not service.
I would like to go for consumer court & forums, I am helpless.
Please do not buy from them.

Been there for replacement of my old motor (purchased elsewhere )But failed to understand when they asked me to bring the total unit to check its suitability, instead they could send a technician ? Not sure, may be they have a policy not to send their technicians.
