You can walk to police station in just 5 minutes.100m from Andhra Bank and 200m from State Bank of India.There is stadium in front of building,you can find every possible games in that stadium.10 steps for Narayan inter college. Stationary printing and milk shop are just in the ground floor of the building.Airtel showroom is also in 20 steps. With in 250m two Metro and reliance whole sale Malls are located. All the retired police officer and some on going duty police officer and army people and so it is one of the safest place in Vijayawada. There is no other place like this apartment in whole Vijayawada . My parents and grandparents own 2 flats in that apartment.
