★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had paid 18000 for transportation of goods via part load, but received 16 items of the 17 which I had sent. The item which is missing is a big office chair and not a small box that can be misplaced.
I am regularly contacting the transporter but they are misleading me by transferring calls to different numbers. Nobody of them knows where is the chair and there is no tracking system
Highly unprofessional group and do not give them the order
