She ll have a problem with every thing you do
11 o clock gate closes, and ll have to explain why you late
Commenting nature
Cant go on terrace after 11 pm
Fans are dead, work on speed 5 n rest have same speed
Check all the damages n get it fixed, it ll on your head after you leave
Check toilet flush properly, it sucks
Lots of barking dogs at night in the society
4 floors no lift
Explain for every guest u bring
Have owner's phone no. Before shifting here
Cant stay even for a day after your aggrement dissolves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent this place. During my whole stay it felt like very strict hostel with irritating wadern.
When I was looking for a 1bhk to rent here, i mentioned, i may have some friends stay at this place for 2 or 3 days some times after i moved in, house managing guy agreed to that. But after i moved in,When my friend visited, he acted very disrespectful and insulting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to decide to take a flat.
Especially caretakers wife is the biggest newsens creator and Total money minded and narrow view person. Restrictions on friends entry even though you intimate them before itself. In the rental agreement some points like one month rental towards paint charges and one month penality on not being there for 11months are included which they will not inform at the beginning, suddenly these points will come up in the agreement. Not a place for bachelor's.they try intervien in every thing.
