1. Good Location
2. Busy area
3. Everything needful goods found nearby no need to travel
4. In less than 100meters you have 3 super markets, saloon, 2 laundry, 5 restaurants, 6 hospitals , 3 medical stores, gym etc
Cons:
1. No good food (if you are good foodie then daily you have to order from outside instead)
2. Power outage problems (though not observed but found out from others that this pg owner removes power in night times like 2:30am to 6am or day time 10am to 4pm etc whenever he wants he removes power)
3. Evening and night times and on weekends slow WIFI
4. Leakage rooms when heavily rains
5. Cleaner will not clean rooms properly
6. High rent
7. Majority of the times hot water does not comes he switches off the main separate hot water switches and when asked say it is not working)
8. He takes full money but third class man who cheats customers through lack of services.
