Very quite and serene place.
Especially Sai Garden layout is more safe and secure.
The swimming pool is cleaned on a daily basis.
Easy access to Vidyaranyapura, Yelahanka and surroundings.
Neighbors mind their own business and never disturb. Very friendly atmosphere.
Cons:
There are 2 mosques close to the apartment and hence both keep playing their prayers in loudest volume from early morning 4.50am to late night! (Someone should really ask them to reduce the volume. It's very loud!) Especially Friday afternoons!! I bet you will be irritated with such high intensity screaming (yes, a guy keeps screaming and giving speaches for 3 hours on every Friday afternoon before their regular prayers).. Extremely loud!!
Pigeons just wait for a chance to fly in and poop everywhere.
Very very old and scary lift.
Overview: Good to rent, but not to live. There are lots of apartments nearby. Please check before finalizing as the entire Vidyaranyapura area is a very nice place but don't try nearby to MS palya area where there are lot of mosques playing louder every single day extremely loud prayers/speaches and backward class goons who reside in&around MS palya area may pose nonsense while walking alone during night times.
I'm trying to give an honest opinion and tell things wish I had knew before coming here. But do not buy nearby MS palya, try buying or renting near the main Vidyaranyapura area as it is a very very very nice place to be in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place where you like to come after office and full day stressful work . No sound of traffic or any vehicle or other noises. Kind of peaceful place.
Two and three BHK flats. Lift facility are there. Housekeeping staff are available.
Swimming pool is accessible. As a part of maintenance housekeeping staff clean it. But children play area become a jangle. A gym is available with all equipment but none able to use that . Because of no maintenance all become scraps.
