★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Purna Sriramineni is an excellent doctor. He always has a smile on his face. His treatment reduced my fasting sugar levels from around 150 to slightly less than 100. The medicines cost me about Rs 400 only per month (Earlier, I used to go to another doctor and the medicines used to cost me Rs 3000 per month). Dr Purna doesn't expect me to come frequently. He gives a gap of about 2 to 3 months between visits. Dr Purna is an expert in Thyroid treatment also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Insulin since many years for my mother. Dr Poorna removed Insulin, Glimp-3 for her saying she might not require such high doses and her weight gain is partly due to Insulin and Glimp-3 and kept on very low medication. The weight has reduced very much and also the sugar levels are well under control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ His treatment of PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) of my niece is quite good. He said medicines are not required. He did not prescribe any medicines, but advised dietary changes and regular exercise. He said that hormone tests are not required at this stage. Now the cycles are very regular and the weight reduced too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor spent time with the patient and us accompanying persons so that we understood about the condition clearly. The Growth Hormone levels are very high making the bones increase in width. He recommended further tests and then referred to a neurosurgeon. Underwent surgery for Pituitary.

Doctor explains disease causing scenarios and he is ready to clear every doubt of the patient with a smiling face.He takes good time in communicating and explaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my relation who was overweight, 118kg and on Diabetic medication since 11 years. He was on high doses of Insulin thrice daily and five types of Diabetic medications. Still blood sugars were around 300. Dr Purna removed all the medication including Insulin except for Metformin. He asked mu relation to follow a strict diet which was prescribed. Within 4 months the weight reduced to 90kgs and the blood sugars are around 180 after breakfast and Lunch. Doctor asked us to buy Glucometers and measure blood glucose levels every 15 days and inform him the results and also on how much the weight reduced. He also asked us to come only once in 3 or 4 months. Highly recommended doctor ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor and the staff are good but when buying medicines, please make sure that he gave all the medicines mentioned in the bill there itself. I saw that some medicines were missing in the pack but mentioned in the bill. This happened twice the same day I went. I'm one of the two.
