★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the pancharams in Godavari districts. Bhimavaram is well known place in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for its culture. Someswaralayam is located in one town area. Most beautiful and live view of shiva prathima will give you different feeling. Everyone who visits bhimavaram has to get blessings and pray here atleast once. Arrangements are not great but good. Entire temple looks well maintained. One has to visit this place either on Monday or during karthikamasam which falls during November first weekend to December first weekend.

1. The colour of SHIVALINGA changes according to the LUNAR ASPECT, during POURNAMI it will be in WHITE COLOUR ,During AMAVASYA it resembles BLACK COLOUR.
2. The second important feature is, GODESS ANNAPURNA DEVI is situated on the top of the SHIVA temple that cannot be seen in any other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Pancharama temple. Spacious and big temple. Its located in the middle of the Bhimavaram town. Ample parking space available for cars and bikes. 2 kms away from Bhimavaram town railway station. Ground level few other temples situated along with main lore Shiva. As per the story this temple was constructed by moon, because of this the Shiva lingam changes the colors to black and white.
