★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste hotel. Third grade service. No one attends to you even for 30 mins. Not even to ask for water. One waiter has to manage everything. Food taste is either too spicy or too bland. Most horrible service

They took 45 minutes to serve a thali which they call it special even then all the items were not present & it took 20 more minutes to serve the remaining items. Then these people have the audacity to tell lies when asked about the manager. The guy who was taking order is saying he's the manager which was a lie. These are such creep people.
I would never step again or recommend anyone to go to this worst place.

In this lockdown phase , where every other restaurant has decreased their quality and quantity , this restaurant is still standing as a gem. Ordered MASALA DOSA and a SANDWICH.
I think this is the first time , I got a separate packet for dosa and separate one for the filling so that the crispiness of the dosa shell can remain intact. I was very much pleased. Sandwich was packed decently. Liked that as well.
I liked everything so much so that I called the restaurant , talked to a AJAY guy to tell him how the restaurant won my heart.
This restaurant just won a permanent customer. I wish I had 10 stars to give to this restaurant.

Ordered RAWA DOSA and a ICE CREAM SODA.
Food was as usual fantastic. Kudos to chef.
Waiters are a little bit untrained. They don't know what to serve , how to serve it and when.
Ice cream soda was supposed to come after the DOSA came. But they present Ted it before DOSA. Also they didn't have the courtesy to clear the base of the ICE CREAM SODA. See the picture.
Anyway the restaurant is almost great. Great selection of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pure veg restaurant in the bustling city of Varanasi. It provides good south and north delicacies with Chinese food on its vast menu.
The front of the restaurant also has a bakery and Cafe sort of area for the youngsters while the main restaurant is for the families.
The service may take some time if the place is crowded during the peak hour i.e. 1300-1500 hours.
Altogether, it's a nice, clean place for vegetarian families.
