★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Builder, don't even deserve 1 Star. As per RERA, project completion timeline of entire project (All 14 Towers) is March 2021 but only 3 to 4 towers has delivered yet. Rest tower is in under constructed status from long time ago.
No one responsible person in builder office to resolve your complain/quires. Office staff is not picking your phone.
Anuanand is following a path of Amarapali because project funds of this project is allotting in new projects like Capital Centre to trap new customers.

Found only this which was located on main road , project is little late but i got flat in A block people leaving in it, rest saftey or security is good . I recommend this projects

It is really a brilliant initiative taken by the owners! They are real professionals with all kinds of licenses, and provide great service to everyone stepping at their doors. Just a call away! Good builder with amazing dream location projects, little bit of delay in giving possession of the flats but that is totally fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a flat in 2015 in Sai Residency, But yet the building is incomplete, no outer painting work has been done, no proper parking allotted, an illegal construction of 1 bhk flat is done in parking area. only in 7 years the building is just looking like bhoot-bunglow. How the Builder got the certificate of completion??? It seems on the basis of money only. Builder has sold all his flat to relatives and workers so they can't oppose the mismanaged condition of building. They deserve just so many minus rating only. Builder is a cheater he can't be meet becoz he doesn't want to face those who have issues. He as given the authority of building to his workers and close relative so they are treating everybody so badly as if anyone is living in this apartment in free of cost. Too many fights between the flatiers of landlord an flatiers of builders are happening. Renters are also worried so they flew away immediately. They have messed up the whole apartment and no one looks after the issues like light, cleanliness, water etc. For parking there is always a fight becoz if any one took away his car for drive other person parks his vehicle on that place because there is no allotment of car parking flatwise. This builder should be taken to court. He doesn't complete any of his construction just leave in middle and mess up all the things. Plz don't go on any rating becoz all the 5 star ratings are given by his near n dear ones. If u value ur money don't go there to waste ur lifelong earnings.
