Delicious Foods are guaranteed a on every day. You can eat as much as you need.
* About Hospitality
There are cleaning guys in the PG, they will clean you floors regularly
* About Security
You can come and leave at anytime and all the time security for you and your materials is assured
* Additional
You can go to the terrace of the building to enjoy the beauty of the Whitefield.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-Rooms are too small for 3 people
2-Zero ventilation (actually u don't have any idea of outside weather when u r staying in ur room its sunny or raining)...
3- Dustbin is on ground floor and its always stinks coz once in a week its get clean
4- Worst part food ...totally tasteless food if u want more than 2 paratha (if they r providing in a month) then u can't take it...nd for daily meal morning or evening u have to stand in a very long que for chapati coz owner have 3 pg(side by side) and for every pg food is cooked at a same place with limited staff
5- Rent they will force u to pay in cash they don't want it in online transaction nd if u a are asking for receipt then they will tell it will sent to u on ur email. In my 6 months period i haven't received any of rent receipt from him.
6-Moveout (actually staying is very easy for this place bt moveout is too difficult from that place)
1st off all u have to tell 1 month before leaving this is usual for every place but on the leaving day if u ask for return ur deposit ..they will say come tomorrow....after that the game starts...
They will make lots of excuse to not to give ur money lyk (lost ragister, owner is not here,we don't have cash ryt nw,u didn't gave deposit ,show me receipt of ur deposit...bla...bla..bla)...nd these things will be rudely ...
So my advice behalf of my experience stay away from that place (me nd my roommate haven't got our money back from him yet and there is too many people who faced same issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lots of PGs in this layout. Choose this PG for its food. The quality of the food served was awesome. The rooms are very small. Every room has all the facilities including attached bathroom and TV. You can also use washing machine which are kept on terrace. Best place to stay in the beginning months before you can find any good apartment.

PG owner will not give you advance money back.
Completely money minded and will not repair any damages
Rooms are having bed bugs
Owner does not pays salary for cooks and cooks will often run away
Food is worst and you can find rats in kitchen.
Wifi is too slow
Only one washing machine works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The PG owner cheated us of money. He will literally loot your money out of your pocket. Pls go to other PGs but not this one. This one is a real bad PG.
Food quality is worst of worst.
No electricity backup facility.
PG smells very bad.
Wifi only works for few days a month.
PG owner ,He is a bloody fox, he is a THUG. North indians please don't go to his PG.
Initially he will tell you 200/person for 4 Sharing but when you will make payment he will charge 300/ person for 4 sharing.
Beware of this sri balaji PG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget friendly rooms with regular cleaning but ventilation is very poor, rooms are too clumsy, no window so no sunlight enters into the rooms. Food is also not so good. Not so good food options for North Indians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 sharing 7500/-, 3 sharing 6000/-, 4 sharing 4800/-. if u can adjust 4 person in 3 sharing room then rent is 4500/-. Owner is from telungana. Monthly rent should be paid before 5. Mode of transaction cash, tez, paytm. Food 2 times, Wednesday egg, Saturday and Sunday 3 times food. Expect Wednesday you can get Chapathi everyday. Washing machine is there in the terras. 10 rooms are there in a floor, totally it has 5 floor. Average age of people living here is 24. People speak language here are Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, English and Kannadam. Daily one lady age of 55 will come and clean the room. There is no restriction for time, any time you can come and go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Stayed in this PG for Close to an year, the first and foremost problem u will face in this PG is Bed bugs, they're everywhere. Food is Ok, not good but ok. Greedy owner if you have paid the advance forget about it you are not getting it back. All the promises he makes are fake. Keep on complaining Nothing will improve. One of the two washing machine was not working requested him to get it fixed, that never happened till I moved out.
