Also they take payment twice. Once by cash and once by google pay and dont refund the extra payment.

They payment gets delayed or shows as processing.
They then take payment by cash saying they will return the Google pay amount.
However after the money gets deducted from your account, they lie by saying they have not received the money thereby taking 2x the amount for an item that is already heavily overcharged above the MRP.
