★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst ever photo printing store I've ever visited in all over Visakhapatnam. The staff were very unprofessional, they don't even care about their consumers. They made me wait for more than 20 minutes to give a change of Rs.50/-. (Note - I'm posting this right after I got out of the store)
The most frustating thing is,
1. There are no customers in the store other than me in the store (to think that they were busy and delayed my process).
2. That guy had 50/- in his wallet but haven't given me and made me roam to other people in the store for collecting the change.
I can say this is the worst ever experience I've ever got. It's not about how many employees you have and how many floors you have. There is a concept called Customer Service and you are Negative Infinity in that and I'll add your business as a example for Worst Customer Service for Future presentations.
I'll never recommend these people to anyone in Visakhapatnam for any printing or digital needs. It's better to pay 20/- extra than bearing with these unprofessional people.
