★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was using this gas connection since 3 years, the woner is very nice , but their staff is not having good manners. They are not delivering the gas at right time after I file compliant about delivery boy asking for cash money. This matter I raised with this agency also, but they have not settled this issue. After this complaint I face many issue, like not delivering the gas even after online payment. Mr Biswal a staff of this agency shows me a very bad behaviour when I went to surrender gas connection at the agency.
I think the owner of the agency has to settle these issue promptly, rather like me several customer will left this agency.
I suggest not to take connection from here. You will be in trouble.
