My car's Alignment was perfectly fine but as it had run 5k kilometers and installation of new tyres i went for alignment(to be on a safer side). After the alignment via their machine they told me that the machine is faulty and then they manually corrected (according to them). After few days i went back as there was one side pulling and steering was also not aligned properly, i waited for my que till 1.5 hour, then they told me that the mechanic will check it, meanwhile the next cars in que were put on the alignment machine and i had to wait another 1.5 hour to get my alignment done, which was due to their fault. They don't care about customers all they want is money. They did faulty alignment on my car although it was working perfectly fine earlier. The cars which got aligned from here before or after my que also had 1 side pulling and they told them it's nothing, the alignment is fine. At last, I had to go to another alignment center to get it sorted. Don't waste your time/money going over this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Person who attended the call , his telephone had issues, When I informed him that I can't hear you , he banged the phone as I was asking Money from him, Request to the owner please keep some educated person on the desk who actually knows how to treat a customer.....
