β β β β β Mulnayak: Nearly 52 cms high, blue coloured idol of Bhagwan Chintamani Parshvanath in the Padmasana posture and looking beautiful with seven hoods.
Tirth: It is in the city of Nasik. There are two main temples of Chintamani Parshvanath; one in Nasik and the other in Jaisalmer.
Historicity: By reading the history of Nasikyapurkalpa written by Shri Jinaprabhsuri, one gets acquainted with the antiquity and impressiveness of this tirth. PreviouslyΒ it was known as Padmapur. TheΒ idol of Chandraprabh Swami (one of the 20 Viharman of Mahavideh Shetra) was installed by Brahma and the tirth came to be known as Padmapur.Β Kunti, Queen of King Pandu, renovated this temple and it came to be called as Kuntivihar. The ancient idols of Jain Tirthankaras can be seen on the hills near the Chandavad village at a distance of 45 kilometers from Nasik. The idol of Mulnayak Chandraprabh Swami is among them. There is an idol of Chintamani parshvanath in the temple in the newly settled city of Nasik on the bank of the godavari river. It was built by the sangha about the year 1800 of the vikram era. But according to another note this temple was built in the year 1918 of the vikram era. But on the cross-legged posture of God, the year 1548 of the vikram era is carved. NearlyΒ 30 years ago, the white idol was coated with blue colour.Humming with many large-scale industries and commercial activities, this city was also a chief center of religious activities of Jains. Ancient scriptures and tirthmalas contain prayers to Chintamani Parshvanath.
Other Temples: Besides this, there are very splendid nine temples. Chief among them is the temple of Shri Adinath. There is a Gurumandir of Acharyadev shrimad Vijayayashodevsuriswarji
Works of art and Sculpture: This splendid fascinating, delightful and heart-warming blue-coloured idol of Bhagwan Chintamani parshvanath in the splendid temple on the bank of the Godavari river, removes and destroys worries. The artistic sculpture of this ancient idol looking beautiful with seven hoods, is extra ordinary.
Guidelines: The nearest railway station of Nasik is at a distance of 8 kilometers. Bus service and private vehicles are available.

β β β β β More than a couple of centuries old Jain Derasar. Has good historical significance being one of the 108 Parshwanath Tirths in India.
While the access road to this place is a narrow and congested lane typical of old nashik (though with it's own allure), once you step inside you are amazed by the neat aesthetics, beautiful designs. The best time to visit is during the evening Aarti. The place is entirely lit by just oil lamps and had great positive vibes. It's also surprisingly very peaceful in the night.

β β β β β Shri Chintamani Parshwanathay Namah.
This Jain Dehrasar is in Nasik, 30 mins by road from Dharmchakra.
We visited this jain temple on 21/Feb/2020.
It's fabulous, looks small from outside, but has beautiful & big Structure inside. Parshwanath dada idol is >600 yrs Prachin. There is one more small Parshwanath dada murti, made by RAVANA himself, kept in Mandir (Gabharo - Gujarati), which you can do Seva Puja also.
Must visit & nice atmosphere, Dharmshala adjacent to it has, Seva Puja vyavastha for all family. We were 2 family , total 7 members including 3 kids done our Puja peacefully. Thanks for reading & send me email if you wish to know more details.
I am planning to complete 108 Temple, so far completed 17.
Wish me Strength , Luck & Wish to be part of this Big Prayer.

β β β β β Jain swetamber temple. One of the original 108 parshwanath pratima (chintamani) is placed here. Pratima is more than 1000 years prachin with one more small pratima which is said to be made by Ravana himself.
Must visit for all jains.
Temple is located in a small lane and big vehicles may find it difficult to reach. It is in the heart of the city.
Dharamshala and bhojanshala is in the next building, however do not expect too much as very few visit there. Rooms are very small and can accommodate only 2 people.
