★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is managed by brokers which should give an idea of their attitude to any discussions on issues with the property.
- They wont do the agreement on time, wont give you keys on time.
- there is water damage on this newly constructed property.
- rent is collected by a guy called Naveen, even his boss Gopal admits Naveen is absolutely irresponsible . keeps insisting on cash payments every month. switches between google accounts so payments keep getting denied.
- during the COVID season they switched off the elevators in this 5 storied apartment. Getting lgp cylinders and 20l water bottles became an absolute nightmare.
- they promise guard when u try to join the apartment and then Gopal will just claim Naveen is incompetent and dismiss the guard claim.
- they place 1 small garbage bin for the whole 5 floors worth of residents garbage.
- for any issue they start fighting like hooligans and then end with threats like vacate the place.
