Every class was different and so very well planned and each and every class of Sir was interesting and at end of class made us energetic and we came back every day to learn more. His classes not only Made me physically and mentally strong, it also helped me grow on spiritual front! Karthik sir teaching and his Continuous constant encouragement to do something in field of Yoga helped me to get certified in SVYASA in Yoga instructor course and today am a certified yoga instructor. Thank you Sir!!

But, after joining here as a student, I can assure that I am satisfied with the way the vast knowledge of yoga is shared and taught here at this beautiful location with calm surroundings well suited to learn yoga. The discipline and punctuality of the teacher needs to be appreciated. The atmosphere of the class has made sure I never miss the classes. I feel I should have joined earlier. My neighbors are shortly joining the classes. This yoga class and the learnings will be part of my life forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good communication. I hardly attended the class for a month to cure my illness ....They are awesome and yoga did miracle on me. Unbelievable they train in such a way that u will never stop practicing yoga throughout your life time. I am practicing meditation as Karthik sir advised me. Yoga under sirs guidance always fetches health benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The yoga taught here is amazing. It is based on the Guru Iyengar methodology of yoga. Kind of getting new positive vibes in life post joining the classes. Karthik sir (an direct disciple of Iyengar Sir) is very dedicated teacher and his discourses on yoga and it's philosophy is simply mesmerising. The same can be said of all the other yoga teachers associated. They are very professional in their teaching and thankfully not commercialised.
Had some issue related to ankle pain and fatigue. Seeing very encouraging results within a month only.
Consider it to be my blessings that I came across and joined this institute.

The instruction is adjusted according to the participant's age and ability, and students of various levels of proficiency attend sessions conducted through the day.
