We believed when you explained about the products (Dr Ortho) and bought it, seems like a defective piece was sold to us that formed several bends/creases and couldn't sleep at all. After buying the bed (Dr. Ortho) we were forced to sleep on the floor as it causes back pain when lying on the bed. Could you please sort this and make us relieve out of this stress?
