7500/- for 3 Sharing is huge, even in Hyderabad we can get 2 Sharing at 7000, but here they are charging high.
But the place it was located was too good

Washrooms aren't cleaned properly and done once per month they sweep weekly twice and mop weekly once what is this I don't have another option so I am adjusting here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rate is too high comparitive to other hostels and pgs and the food isn't cooked properly sometimes and very less quantity of nonveg and I am paying 8k per month and I have to pay extra for laundry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my friends stays here. I was on a visit and felt it's very decent though the pricing is comparatively very high. The management and services are not upto the mark. The response from the pg management is not appreciated. My friend sticks to the same pg as he got no other option. Better to skip at this cost in vizag for such normal and basic facilities with not really responsive staff and Management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m staying here from September 2021 in a 3 sharing Ac room by paying 9500 INR per bed which is really high when compared with other PG’s, room maintenance is awful and disgusting they told me while joining room will be cleared daily and washroom will be washed on every alternative day in reality they clean room barely once in a week and clean washroom not even for every 15 days, and coming to floor maintenance as they don’t clean the rooms on timely basis, food and other thing’s are kept in dustbin for days and even if they start smelling bad over the floor the consent person’s doesn’t take any measures to clean even when taken to owners notice they won’t take-up any necessary steps to make this better, the supervisor of this PG doesn’t seem to be bothered about hostel maintenance in any way same as owners. And for the amount you pay u won’t be getting anything the only thing little positive with this pg is it’s bit near to all main centre’s.
