They are booking offline tickets as well as online tickets , so passengers are getting same seats.
I mean what the hell,
They don't know exact meaning of single sleeper a/c seat.
2 persons on each compartment.
Misbehaving and trying to hide their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst Worst in bengal as well as in patna. Customer support department is rude as well as they don't even clarify your issues. Very unpolite behavior. Never ever try. You'll think it's cheap but the services are not even of that 10% cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud, scammers. If you're booking then just forget about the destination you want to reach. And just get some alternative.
And even forget about the refund.
Or otherwise wait for them.. to inform you just before some hours of departure that bus has been canceled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my TKT from Patna to Kolkata on 19/Nov/2021 using a link given by their office and paid 1000/- for AC sleeper. While some people were charged 500/- and were made to sit on floor. The bus had all kind of problem from very beginning. AC not working. anon working battery which was replaced with an old one after departure. Wrong seat numbers given to passengers.
After boarding some goon like people came at mid way and forced me to get down from my seat which then was given to another person known to Driver. They assured to give seat within 30mins. Being new to that place and at night 11pm I had no option but to wait.
But at later to the worst nightmare they forced me down out of the bus near Gaya Bypass road at 2am since I was revolting. Goons are running this bus service. I strongly recommend people not to use this travel especially if ladies are willing to avail , please don't. I escaped my life yesterday night. There is no option to give minus points else I would have rated this even worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Krishna rath .. stupid staffs..useless headless chicken staffs..no common sense..delayed more than 6 hours to reach destination. staffs mot sure about the route to destination. while booking it was mentioned as Volvo but in actual its like 1940 bus like conditions with hilarious inside experience. broken seats and many more...very honest say..never choose this bus for your better travel. doesn't deserve for any star also..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not board this bus, even if you have no other options, try to wait for other bus or try next day... But do not take this bus for your safe journey.
In an 8 hours journey they came 4 hours late, after this having a sleeper booked ticket with seat no. alloted, I was told that no seats are available. Waiting for 4 hours in night, at 2am in the morning (it was raining), I was told that I can not board this bus.
And the worst thing is people on the bus are also complaining about water leaking in the bus due to rains.
Seriously pathetic bus service..

Departure time was 8:30 and left at 10:30 pm.
Seat and sleeper are dirty and in bad condition.
They don't care about the customer at all. The bus stopped 15kms before Siliguri as ut ran out of diesel and they still don't care.
