★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pathetic experience I ever had in life. I booked a bus for 25-27th April 2021 for a round trip from Patna to Dhanbad. However, due to covid 2nd wave the plan got cancelled. I talked to the owner and he assured me that the money will refunded after charging some cancellation fee. I don't have problems in cancellation charges.
I didn't receive my refund as promised. When I tried calling them everytime they gave the same reply to call back after few days. It has been around an year and I am yet to receive my refunds. The owners are not even taking my calls.
