★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sri Lakshmi Motors is the showroom for Hero company bikes and scooters. I bought hero destini 125 in the month of January. The ex-showroom price was alomot 56500 rupees but i paid approximately 70000 rupees including registration, insurance ,life tax and five free services.But when you give your bike for first service then in first service itself they will charge you some money anf they will say its for engine oil. I don't know if service is free then why they charge .If someone knows about it like they unofficially charge extra then a formal complaint must be made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst experience.they ask us to wait for 15 mins and they will take atleast 2 hours for delivering a bike which is given for service. Behaviour of the servicing department too bad. Very reckless staff with very rude behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have contacted them on phone regarding new XTREME 200S and they have responded very well by following up regularly and offering me a 5 km test ride, explained me the offers,Finance schemes in a friendly manner.The whole delivery and registration process took 30 min.They have clearly explained on service schedule,Goodlife benefits, insurance renewal dates etc.,Rc card delivery,Special number procedure, vehicle features, service network around etc.
Total facilities are also good.Nice waiting lounge.As a main dealer they are holding huge stocks covering most Colors and variants.
They have shown keen interest on taking feedback which indicates that they are interested in customer satisfaction.

When u give a bike for servicing they will charge heavily in the name of GST
They will charge ₹45 just for air filling in the tyres while outside we have just pay only ₹10
Don't go for bike service
