Rushed my dad at 12 30am when he complained of chest pain and breathing difficulty. He was gently trollied into the hospital by the staff, we were not allowed inside the room for 20 mins ( was not aware of what was happening inside) later duty doctor came out and explained the problems to us, all emergency treatment was started on him and he was better after that, this was a relief to us because we were not asked to go to pharmacy to bring emergency Medicines and make patient suffer. Thanks to the doctor and all supportive staffs there for precious support.
He was admitted in ICU for 2 days, we were allowed very limited time inside. Dr Prabhakar was very impatient to our questions and answers were all sarcastic. No1 wants to come in the hospital without any reason or unnecessarily, we are helpless, hopeless and in bad situation. we believe in God, after the God we believe in Doctors and hospital. Extremely highly charged for ICU, 12-15k per day is much more than big hospitals. Quality of service is very poor compared to treatment cost.
Wards were horrible, charging 3k per day as bed charge for a jam packed room where hardly 2 of them can stand, no proper Ventilation, leaky water taps, extremely old and dirty toilets. Few ward staffs were clueless about the injections, blood reports.
Medicine are given through a small window of pharmacy, all medicines were extremely costly brands and when easily a cheaper one is available outside. This pharmacy prefer high profit than good quality.

Poor infrastructure, no parking area
Management people, you can charge for what service you give,
you charge on par corporate hospital but service is equal to GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL

β β β β β Dr Karthik and Dr Shweta has been absolutely fabulous and Caring throughout the period and the hospital management has been very generous. I would recommend this facility to have a peaceful treatment.

β β β β β Excellent life saving experience, shifted my brother after accident injury at 10.30pm, Though staff and doctor was very professional and helpful, there were no security guards in entrance to guide the patient to hospital, had no idea about where to park the car. all necessary first aid treatment was given quickly, doctor explained about Immediate operation needed and In 20 mins surgeon attended the case and successfully operated.
Only negative is Pharmacy has small opening with all glass windows closed and pharmacy boy sleeping, took a lot of time to get up.
Overall exceptionally good service.
