β β β β β Not good ,we took appointment for ortho dctr Anand at 1pm and dctr came at 2pm ...he checked the patient hardly 5 minutes and went...not recommended

β β β β β It is a worst hospital I have visited. Taking black money saying our charges are more than insurance cover (without a bill). The hospital is very small and what they charge to insurance company is more than enough. 5-6K they are charging for a non-ac room and take extra money for giving above reason. The room rents shouldn't exceed 2K with the facilities they provide (even there is no proper fan). Apart from doctor visit charges, they put extra service charges for each doctor visit and nursing charge. They only know how to loot, increase your bill. They charge 40 pairs of gloves per day which we need to pay from pocket (I wonder what they do with 40 pair of gloves when our patient is not gone under surgical procedure. Please dont go to this hospital it is worst.

β β β β β Dr.priyadarshani is having unprofessional behavior and think patient should follow her instructions without quires. She believes in giving instructions only not a suggestion.
I will nerve recommend her dur to her rude attitude. I feel she need to upgrade her & join some courses for " Human Behaviors" Rest is individual choices. May be after reading my review she improve herself.

β β β β β Very good hospital in KR Puram, we will get all the facilities and the staffs are very helpful .
Especially Raghavendra sir is very kind and helpful. I truly recommend this hospital.
I had severe stomach pain, all the diagnostic centres were closed on Sunday but this hospital called the doctor from home and addressed the patient with care. Thanks a lot!!!

β β β β β Although hospital is good and providing good services in kaggadaspura.. but their staff at pharma store has very rude and arrogant attitude, doesn't know how to talk to patients and their relatives. Went late mid night (19/02/2022 3:30 am) to buy some medicine owing to some emergency, pharma store boy was soo unprofessional that one moment I thought to call police and fire a case on him. He got rude because I woke up him from his sleep to buy medicine, he directly said that he won't give medicine even though I given him all the required prescription. I'm not sure about his name but on slip he written his user id as Pavan. I would ask higher management to teach that guy a lesson so that such behaviour won't happen again. Such ppl are harming your hospital reputation. Hospitals are there to provide timely diagnose to the people and helping the patients / relatives in the emergencies. Such staffs make the emergency situation more worse.
