★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust this pg by the looks. Cleaning is worst, which will happen only when you ask about it. When you talk about Cleaning issues with owner because you are paying maintenance charge, that guy only worried about the topic you brought about maintenance charge and wont help you with Cleaning. Please choose other good PG's and not this one. Or else you will end up like no difference between room and bathroom which is filled up with cockroaches. Maybe for single sharing, because of the huge rent amount they pay, cleaning will happen. But if u select 2 or 2+ sharing never ever expect cleaning from their own instead expect hatred from owner?
