Ordered by seeing positive reviews. But your order will take forever to deliver and faced similar issue with previous order too. No proper response about delivery. No reply through whatsapp. Prices are high. They say will deliver in 2-3 hrs. Waited for 5 hours but still no delivery done. Very irresponsible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth it, very high price, seemed like well arranged shop for vegetables and fruits but not much difference prices are soo much higher than other vegetable vendors, behind the shop you can get frozen food, but mostly it's fancy not worth daily use, mostly it's for online sale, I visited the shop but not satisfied.

First of all yesterday before placing order I have called and asked when will the delivery been done. Your side response was by today evening or tomorrow morning . So I have ordered Groceries for Eid today keeping trust on you, and in return you didn't send groceries, you are making us wait and troubling us and talking rudely.
Worst experience ever . Don't keep a business if you don't have basic manners and respect for time.
i understand that you are doing us a big favour by helping us deliver our groceries , and you being a local business I wanted to support you , I even gave tons of my friends and family your contacts ... But you have been extremely rude and disappointing ... Your staff have no manners .. neither as an entrepreneur you have any responsibility towards your clients.
If you couldn't deliver then atleast have the courage and decency to inform your clients .. or stick to your timing, and if you cannot give a time to adhere to , please DO NOT KEEP SAYING "IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN HALF AN HOUR " , .. DONT SAY THAT FOR FOUR HOURS ..
YOU HAVE RUINED AN ALREADY RUINED FESTIVAL . THANK YOU FOR TROUBLING US .

Whenever I call new person is anwering and asking all details again and again and saying we have sent but then again 30 mins nothing got delivered and again you ask all the details and tell me you are sending then finally troubling us and talking rudely to the customer.
