★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. You will have to do hard bargaining to get a competitive price (the price at which you can buy items in nearby shops without any bargaining & wasting time in bargaining).
2. When I purchased my items they did not give any GST invoice even after our request, but verbally promised about warranty & they are going to replace/fix if any item fails within warranty. But in reality after 3 weeks when some of my drawer channels stopped working, I took those to the shop for replacement/fixing after speaking to the shop owners on phone. After driving for 20 KM & reaching there, they said I have to go to company office for warranty service. When i asked for GST invoice to avail warranty from company they asked for more money just to give us the GST invoice of those items. Even I agreed, but in the end they refused to provide GST invoice & started shouting & blaming that it was our mistake to purchase those company brand. I was stunned. I doubt these shop owners are running business without any GSTIN no, they dont pay any sales tax to Govt.
Suggestion to buyers: If you care about wasting time in bargaining or you mind paying 20% more price than nearby shops (in case you can't bargain) or you mind about customer service/warranty, please dont visit this shop.
