Also they are not delivering cylinder with bills., I had to go to office to collect bill.
When talking on phone the person in the office said 'wht purpose u need bill for'.
Customers right to demand for bill you cannot ask questions like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gas leakage....happened more than 3 times. This has become ongoing issue always with HP cylinders because of washers in cylinder. when fix regulator to cylinder it wont fit properly and gas leakage. HP has to look into this it is seriously dangerous anything can be happen but they are not fixing it.
Here Staff people are pathetic whenever we call such a rude behavior with customers experienced many times. To owner sir pls educate them to talk politely to customers with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of delivery persons of this agency they are goons, and intimidate your if u are not giving tip to them. we booked cylinder on 2nd may 2022 (online paid) today he came and ask for tip I said next time he said give me 50rs more coz price increased from today. I said we booked it earlier, he took the cylinder back...
it's not first time they did a mess with us they did it with us earlier too.
