★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is not customer friendly. he charges more than the other shops on the same street and refuses to take interest in the customer's queries about anything. buy here if it is really urgent otherwise there are other shops in cbi road go there. delivery times are also really bad so i dont expect to go here in case of an emergency. try your luck buy with caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Glass pieces have scratches and then denies his mistake and doesn't exchange the glass also. No finishing in polishing also. Highly inaccurate measurements. Ordered 2 glass pieces and had mistakes in both. Highly disappointed. Staff is also rude just like owner.
