★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered packaging materials. It was an excellent quality for heavy luggage. Where I received one box less, and when I asked they immediately asked me to either refund or box. And I received refund within my concern.
If anyone wants to send long distance heavy luggage or similar, go for this. Because of there excellent service after goods delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered boxes from them today. The owner (Mr. Anand) was very polite and firm to speak to. He redirected to the right POC very promptly who would arrange the boxes being sent further.
I had a bit of trouble with communication with the 2nd person I spoke to, from whom I actually ordered the boxes. They were really helpful in the part of sharing the box bill, their GPay number & booking a porter from their address to mine, but the communication regarding the address was not at all smooth. They did not want to address a small concern/a message to be passed onto the porter, but kept insisting that I myself speak to the porter. Not a deal breaker, but the complete reluctance wasn't a very pleasant experience at the same time.
Boxes were sent immediately which is a really good thing, but not the top notch quality boxes. There were bends in few places in 4/5 boxes that I ordered.
I would recommend buying boxes from here, if you can physically go to the store and choose the box.

I had 100 gift hampers packed by them and they did a great job. All my clients received their packages safely without any damages. Pictures of the hampers below- All hampers had glass items in them and nothing was damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for buying heavy duty box for flight baggage. I didn't get good quality box in the dimension I was looking for. Heavy duty factory grade box were available only in bigger dimensions which won't suit for flight baggage.
I got few packing tapes from them, it wasn't of good quality at all. Whatever we stuck with it, it didn't gel well at all and it was opening up by itself next moment itself. I got 4 of them and it was complete waste of money. Got it thinking it would be good as it's from packaging company.
When I checked the same with one stationary shop, I was told color of the tape tells us the quality. The tape I got is of dark brown color which won't stick well, if it's in light brown transparent color then it will be of good quality. I did get one in light brown color and I could see the difference, it was sticking really well unlike the other one got from this packaging shop.
Never expected such substandard quality of tapes from a packaging company which is supposed to sell good or reliable quality for heavy boxes. I'm sure box would break loose in no time after sticking with the tapes they provide.
Owner did talk well over phone for all the queries I asked him w.r.t box size etc. He was polite and answered well, no issues there. Even staff at the company explained about the boxes, only thing quality of product wasn't reliable as mentioned above.
