★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever society to live in. The tanker water they use will cause even your new clothes to fade. Some owners are pretty bad. After you take a flat there owner will send someone to take picture of flat who will inform that owner wants to sell flat. Some household things might be found broken when you start using them, but owner will not take responsibility. No one stays more than 6 months in that flat. Also owner takes more than a month to return deposit and talks rudely whenever you call him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent apartment on Sarjapur Road with 90 apartment units; a mix of 2, 3 and 4 BHKs. Just off the main road, so very peaceful and no traffic noise. Overlooking the beautiful and famous Kaikondrahalli Lake. Very near to major IT parks, schools and hospitals. And ideal and beautiful location to live at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a beautiful apartment and a great place to stay in a prime location that has easy access to market and offices. It has common wall with the serene and well maintained Kaikondrahalli lake.
It is a rare project with a variety of 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk flats in it. The 3bhk and 4bhk flats in the front of the apartment directly oversee the lake. Entire ground floor is parking and above it has 6 floors with 15 flats on each floor.
Amenities include a medium sized swimming pool, Gym and Club house all in a separate building inside the campus with a small children play area adjoining the pool. It has 4 lifts with full power backup for all 90 flats. There is proper water management with in house STP, Rain water harvesting system, Water Softner and Water Meter installed for entire apartment.
Due to a strong association here the maintenance amount is reasonably low, well managed and has not increased a single rupee in last 4 years. People are good and celebrate most festivals together.
I am living here for last 5 years and would like to continue.
