★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ganesha idol present here seems unique having 5 faces and so its called as sri Panchmukhi Ganesha. There is also a Panchmukhi Ganesha idol at main pooja place. This looks a good place to visit for a positive vibe and peaceful environment ?.
I personally couldn't visit this place when I was travelling on mysore road.
I would surely visit it next time whenever travelling from Bengaluru to Mysor road.

It's a beautiful place to visit, the constitution happened on a wide area. No problem for the parking, there is full of greenary one side and highway with metro on the another side.
Clean, calm and very decent place to visit with friends, family or even alone.
Can sit outside as kich time as you want, I visited early in the morning and no one is there except the pandit (pujari).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The big Ganesh ji murti is very beautiful. Inside temple also medium size panchmukhi Ganesh murti is present and it's beautiful. But the temple doesn't have anything else there. The place outside is all covered in dust. You probably won't be able to sit also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When heading towards Mysore or in the Mysore Road - do visit this beautiful temple. Clearly visible from the main road is this magnificent huge Panchamukhi Golden Ganesha in all its glory. Complex is huge and an artificial fish pond giving it a nice touch. The idol of Lord Ganesha inside the temple in the panchamukhi form is really unique and so blissful and first time that I've seen. Parking is near the entrance. Needs more maintenance in the exterior but inside its calm and beautiful. Blessed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sri Panchamukhi Ganesha Temple is on Mysore Road. Visit this beautiful temple. Visible from the main road, a magnificent huge Panchamukhi Golden Ganesha in all its glory. Has also an artificial fish pond , fun for kids. The unique idol of Lord Ganesha in the temple in panchamukhi form is amazing. Parking is near the entrance.
