★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I am shocked . In temple more than 10 places they wrote photography prohibited. But we India's uff.
Sorry I don't take. Inside photo of the temple . As I follow the rules made by govt. and priest.
It's a huge temple . In this we will get two big idol's of God one is Mahalakshmi ji. (Lakshmi Mata) and another is Prasanna Veeranjaneya swami. ( Hanuman Ji) .
How to reach - can take metro or by bus which goes to yeswantpur via iskon temple .
It's actually very near to iskon temple also . Just walkable distance.
Very peaceful full area also. U will never feel like you are in city. For place shoes and sandle they will charge you 2 rupee per pair out side the temple.
The Mahalakshmi layout comes near to iscon temple. Rajajinagar , yeswantpur station, shankermutta , kurubrahalli .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The statue has a history that can be traced back to 1973 as per the photos posted for public display behind the main deity Veeranjanaya Swamy.
There is a idol of goddess Lakshmi as well in the temple which is pretty big as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few places which gives momentary peace in this godforsaken world! The Priests are good, the temple maintenance is good. There are monkeys so be careful with your bags carrying fruits. So many ppl don't know this exists and are awestruck when they see photos of the giant monolith of a statue of "Lord Anjaneya". Imagine their awe when they see it being present there.
Doing Abhishekam to the lord is 'open for all', and on Sundays there is Mahabhishekam to Lord Anjaneya and on Fridays to Lord Lakshmi where you climb up the ladder and offer Abhishekam to the lord from above. Also there is Kunkum archane to Lord Lakshmi which needs to be performed by women. They give Prasadam to all.
During Navaratri everyday there is option to do Mahabhishekam to Lord Lakshmi and on Sunday during Navaratri you can perform Mahabhishekam to both the lords.
Encourage everybody to do this and spread the ideology of Hindutva across the nation.

It was then carved on this single monolith udbhava shila idol of 22 feet height , 16 feet wide and 4 feet thick and Prana pratistapana was done in 1976.

In 1985 , 7.5 ft high gold plated kalasha installation and the Maha kumbhabhisheka of the main temple was celebrated
.
Temple sanctum is 40 ft long and 40 ft wide . The upper structure is 40 ft high with a concrete dome and gopura is 41 ft high and total height comes to 81ft
