★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the phone REALME 3 pro. I needed cleaning of my lens. I am somewhat familiar with the process and I know it doesn't require opening of the motherboard. Just the back cover. The technician at the shop replaced my camera module(sony IMX sensor) with some 3rd quality china one. As I checked in AIDA64 my camera module was now showing up unnamed. And my suspicions were cleared by the camera quality. This all happened because I went away for a few minutes when the so called "technicians" had my phone. When I complained of what they had done, they simply denied. I came back after some time with my dad to and threatened them to take these people to court and then the sly owner accepted that it had in fact been done. They reinstalled my original camera module. Howsoever big any shops name be, I advise any customer to get a bill and get their phone repaired right up front. The owner was somewhat helpful, though in the name of a court threat but the technicians are absolutely disgusting.
