★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good pg for students n for office workers. It's nearby to some of the office nearby. It's nearby to Garden City University , so that students can go n come to college who are outsiders . The food is also very good. The food style here is South Indian. They make Andhra style food . I think Andhra Pradesh n Telangana students cannot face any problems here. Sometimes there will be hot water in the morning for the daily shower. The rooms are very clean n tidy n it's depends upon how u keep the room. U will have cupboards to keep all ur luggage safely. There are three sharing rooms , two sharing rooms, single sharing rooms. U will have to contact the owner to know the price . U will even have TV so that u cannot feel bored, there is a gym next to the pg so u can keep urself as fit as possible, Nearby there are many non veg hotels , if ur a vegetarian u will have some problems for snacks n other things , there is a park nearby, there is royalmart nearby so that if u need anything u will get there . Overall this a very good nice cleanly maintained ragging free pg .There will be breakfast in the morning , lunch in the afternoon, dinner in night ,3 times food daily is provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 3 months in this pg. Below are my worst experience.
PROS
1.You can sleep very peacefully.(*only if there is power supply)
2.Food is very delecious in nearby hotels.(*charges applicable)
3.You can have hot water bath.(*Only in afternoon that to if its a shiny day)
4.The rooms are very neat.(* 1day/week)
5.Owner is very friendly (*only If u adjust to below CONS)
CONS
1.No power backup facility. The big generator is kept in the entrance just for show. Suffered a lot during exam times without power. If we asked the owner to on the generator his answer was current will come soon.
2.Food given in this PG is not at all good. I eat food outside daily.
3.No geyser. Only solar water heater. The hot water will be over for the night itself. And again we should wait for the sun to arrive next day and take bath afternoon. And if it is a rainy day then no hot water.
4.No proper cleaning progress. Room ceaning takes place only once per week or once per 2 weeks. That too on demand.
5.Washing machine is kept but with too many restrictions.
-Should be used only once per week.
-Should not switch the mode from Quick wash mode. What ever the cloths may be. You must use Quick wash mode only.
6.Initially TV was not there in our room. After several requests and demand got it after 1 month. That too without remote.
7.Set top box recharge should be done by us only.
8.Very much conjusted rooms. Not a proper place for students and working professionals.
9.Lift is there but the doors will never open.
10.Totally waste of money.
11. 5500rs 3 sharing room is just a place for sleeping.
It was horrible experience for 5500 rs.
Which is worthless for no proper facilities.
Majority of the people end up their stay in this pg by a fight. This pg owner does not wish to return the full deposit amount of 3000rs. He tells 1000rs for maintenance charges and dont know what is maintenance according to him.
I joined this PG so that I can stay here for 3 years and college was also very near. But after experiencing the facilities , I vacated the pg just for 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services not good. This PG is Not valuable for our money. And restrictions for washing machine. No hot water in the morning. Hot water only afternoon. Food not at all good. No cleanlyness in the room. Room is small. TV is there but they don't gave remote.
