★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went for to get my laptop a new screen.they got the panel and attached. i was in a hurry so i asked them to get it fixed as fast as possible coz im not from local so they did their best. the thing is , the screen they gave is faulty i didnt check till the next day ,then i noticed a dead pixel and it is not a 1080p screen. when i phoned Mr.Durga prasad(the one whom i dealt with the hurry situation) he is very positive about the problem and he asked to come the next day . then i went to vijayawada and they replaced the screen.i know its a mistake but their attitude was really good and have a concern about my situation. at first i thought they will not replace the screen but they did the right thing and got me a new one.their work is good.these kind of staff is really rare.most of the time they wont understand our problem and worries.but Mr.Durga Prasad and co has some real good behaviour.
i really appreciate them
good thing is i didn't start any blame game :)
