I went there two days back in the afternoon and though the shop was open, the staff said they are having lunch and asked me to wait. I requested them as we were out driving in from Chennai and with two kids in the car who still hadn't had lunch, the medicine buying was a priority. Can they help.
Instead I was rudely told that their lunch was important. To clarify, all three of them directly said. Customer is not important, lunch is important.
We promptly left the shop. I would strongly advise anyone not to go to this horrible shop with such rude, uncaring and insensitive staff.
