★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic staff and store manager behaviour in Kasavanahalli location store.
I order 6 seater dining table set which was supposed to deliver on 28th Feb. But they delayed the delivery for 5 days by saying some universal excuse (Staff not available and all) and at the time of delivery product quality (Polish and Finishing) was bad. I refused to accept the product after 5 days delay and on this bad quality. Post that day store manager called and mention they can not fix the polish and quality of the product, and if i need refund then they will deduct 50% and was miss behaving with me and threatened me that he will hit me if i will come to store for collecting refund.
And post that conversation I literally have to contact nearest police station and explain all the situation, post i visited the Kasavanahalli store with corps to settle all the things in corps presence and for my safety.
