★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 3 months in 2018. I developed quite friendly relationship with the owner. While leaving, I was supposed to receive Rs. 2000 refund. The owner said that he will refund me later once he collects rent from others. Since I trusted the owner, I said okay. But, the owner named Rajaram, never sent me the money, never received my call.
