★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a new Pg. So everything is neat. You wouldn't be able to pack lunch to office cause it will be ready only by noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a friend living here. Literally No security for people and their belongings. Poor facilities. Owner doesn’t understand English/Hindi. Staff understand only Telugu. Communication is a big problem.

Food is ok.
The owner quite delays in fixing issues.
Bathrooms are not that clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food not eatable and rooms very small . Very bad management . On my last day in pg ,. Care taker has thrown away my things without telling me even I had to collect my security deposit . Had to go to maid who has cleaned up my stuffs and after being angry , she has returned few items and I have no idea about rest items .insptite of this , care taker has taken money for 1 day extra . Be aware before you move in there .Close to orr but very dusty area .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's okay okay.. staff here dont know Hindi , so there's a communication problem. they don't listen anything.
they don't serve tea in breakfast.
food is okay okay.
chapati they serve only 5 times a week in night.
they don't have lift. so you will have carry all your baggage by yourself.
they don't provide pillows , bedsheets , mug - bucket. at least basic utilities should b provided according to their charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No security for your couriers/orders that get delivered to pg while you are at office. Security cameras do not help either.
Rooms are not very spacious but most of the pgs have the same issue so can be ignored.
Rent is in the same lines as the ones in that area.
Owner doesn’t give a PAN number so you can’t claim HRA benefits in office. Rent has to be only in cash!
Owner and the cook do not understand any language other than Telugu. Communication is a very big problem. Food is not great as there is not much variety. They don’t serve tea for breakfast!
Owner tries to help out but language becomes an issue sometimes. The room cleaning is done regularly which is a plus point.
Decent place to stay but not great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are nice but the food is very spicy. The worst part is the owner doesn't understand English/Hindi. If you're out after 10:30 pm, forgot you'll be able to make it back the same night.
