They helped me choose right color, pattern and design in my budget, for my lifetime memory. They packed gown with proper ironing and handed over to me in a professional manner and no hassle in transactions. Start to end team will follow-up so that we can meet our requirements. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently used their service for Bridal lehenga rental. I live outside India so it was possible to see the dress before renting. So I spoke to them and asked them to send me the actually pictures. Based on that I paid them the full price upfront. Almost 3 months before the wedding.
Fast forward to the time to rent, the dress that was selected as in terrible shape. The thread was coming apart at several places and the dress looked old and poorly maintained. They knew this and had discounted the price online. They first of all refused to return the extra they charged us but more importantly the dress itself was not worth wearing. We requested a change of dress. Rather than letting us choose a different dress they charged us 25% restocking fee in addition to the extra cost for renting the new dress. They created more hassle while returning the dress charging late fee of almost 10% when there was genuine reason for the delay. At the end they just harassed my parents.
These are greedy and unethical people. I tried to contact them after this whole incident They will nickel and dime you. Avoid this business. The photos that you see on their website are heavily photoshopped. They will rip you off at every opportunity.
