★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience i had ever faced in any other authourised service center....I gave my FZ V3 for small engine oil leakage at gear shifter due to oil seal damage and they temporally framed that problem solved by applying some paste to it,by keeping vehicle 2 working days with them.....And again after 20 days the problem seems to be remain same with oil leakage by engine sound changed and extreme heat from engine cabin..So I again reached to showroom that problem was not resolved but kept in line with general service vehicles without noticing their mistake and didint get any prioritized service wihich takes hardly 20mins to replace the oil seal costs 10rs and asked me leave vehicle for 2 more working days .So that I withdraw my service form got work done within 30mins by local bike mechanic..And they dont even take feedback from customers...My entire day got ruined for 20mins of service.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bike here in 2021, and trust me I am never going for Yamaha again. Not because of Yamaha as a brand, but because of this service center. It's a utter disgrace for Yamaha. If you can't get a good service what is the point of a good brand.
1. In the digital era, they don't accept any type of electronic payments. Why so? Probably to evade tax. Seriously guys, do you expect customers to pay 1.5 lakh rupees in cash?
2. Unlike Yamaha advertises, here you have to wait a long time for service. Sometimes days. Service isn't great as well. They do cleaning for the sake of doing it. Don't even think of waiting here.
3. They charge extra even for free service. Take a look at the attached pic. Labor charge and extra 20% tax on it?
Unfortunately this is the only Yamaha service center for almost 50 kms radius around KKD. Guys, please go for any other brand instead of buying a bike here. This is my first and last Yamaha bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service not soo good they don't maintain minimum spare parts required for the vehicle they used to sell whenever i asked for a spare they used there is no stock we have order it will take 2-3 weeks , they kept my friends bike R15-V³ for almost 1 month to make minor accidental repair have to replace left side doom panels clutch lever and signal lamps and bar end caps and small parts like footrest better to make repiar from outside workshops ☹️☹️
