I was searching for E Stamp, reached at 2.45pm and the shopkeeper told me that it's lunch hour and come after 4, I reached again and got the stamp, they have mentioned on the board lunch time 1-3pm, the shop keeper should communicate that shop will open in 15 minutes.

Watch out for this stationary owner greed and dishonesty. A couple of weeks back I had visited the stationery for a print and xerox, I had a soft copy, it was a pdf file of 30 pages, I needed 3 sets. In general, it's done in such shoppes they take 1 set print and another 2 sets of copies as xerox from the first printed copy. So the customer is supposed to pay for 1 set of printed copies and another 2 sets of xerox copies. Isn't!? But what this gentleman did to me is he charged me the price of printed copies for all three sets. When I asked him you could take 1 set of print and another 2 sets of xerox, he said no I have taken all 3 sets as the print I am a businessman I will do what is profitable for me not for customers. I was speechless!!! I just recollected this incident after seeing a new stationery shop close by, hoping for a customer-oriented service with business ethical values. Another drawback of Sri Skanda enterprises is it's located in a basement in a congested space which is not good for customers during this covid situations.

Only estamp vendor who does his job with care. The vendor can speak multiple languages & attends to each client promptly.

He cheats every time with different prices for copies. Highly unethical place. Be aware! Ask him the price each time before you give him work. Or he would start advising what customers should do before giving him work. We don't ask for the price because we trust that he would charge as earlier. But he does not leave any opportunity to cheat. He makes fun of customers when they leave. As we see in the reply he has done. He will reply to this feedback also with his bucket of wisdom and make fun. What one can expect from him. I Pity him. Edited: I have never asked for 50 paise or 1 Rs. Neither did I run any business. But yes, your reply shows you even did a similar thing with someone running a business. Only you are correct others are wrong. Everyone would wish good quality for the the money they pay. Your reply even shows how arrogant you are!! Not happy to write again, I had asked for copies on what’s up that I need 1000 or more copies. I will drop the samples and collect it the next day. Since you could not arrange for pick up which you used to. Fine. Once I am told the prices for bulk copies I don't need to look at the price board?? Do I? You sent a huge bill, When I asked you why so much you tried justifying the cost. You said you will look at my old bills and then you sent another price bill. You had given us a different price for bulk copies and then you change after printing. Still, I did not mind I messged you for 12 packs of Couriers to pick up, you said you will let me know if it can be picked up and you never replied until evening. Though I had mentioned I want it all to dispatch the same day. And we missed the day..so reflect on your part as a business owner. It is your responsibility to let customers know before you print as you are taking orders through what’s up. And mind your words. Don't write false stories in your reply. We gave you business for years and this is how you ended.

Very nice guy owned. Always respectful, polite and committed to what he does. Every now and then I keep finding some sort of improvement in terms of service to the customers. Just call and let him know what you want before you reach and by the time you reach there its done and dusted. I am a happy customer.
